Family Rainbow Learning Center is more than just "Day Care" for your child. We have many programs and services that focus on development of the "whole child", placing emphasis on each child's emotional, physical, and educational growth. Our main focus is in providing great educational activities and our mission is to teach all of our kids to thrive to be the best person that they can be. Here are some of the things we offer: Infant Care Early Toddler Care Early Pre-Schooler Care Pre-Schoolers Care Computer Class Kids Club Summer Programs Field Trips Potty Training and much much more! CURRICULUM We offer 4 different programs for children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Your child's placement is based on individual development and achievement. We integrate holiday parties, individual birthday celebrations, graduations, and many other entertaining seasonal activities into our educational curriculum. OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL PLAY AREA We have a large outdoor play area for recreational activities and play time. Our outdoor play area is completely fenced in and features individualized, age appropriate, play spaces. It is also monitored with state-of-the-art camera equipment to ensure the safety of all children in our care. NUTRITIONAL SERVICES Our menu has been carefully selected, taking into consideration that a lot of children have food allergies. We serve only breakfast and two snacks. We ask our parents to provide a lunch or dinner to their children or child. Our Classes and Classrooms Infant - (Newborn to 18 months) Our center provides your baby with loving, nurturing, and stimulating environment while patting an emphasis on cleanliness. Our nursery is decorated with a two toned power of clouds blue that allows warmth and comfort with the abundance of windows for the sun to shine in and out allowing your baby to feel comfortable in all aspects of infant growth and stimulation. It is equipped with age appropriate toys that catch the eye of an infant, allowing them to also feel tingly and ready to explore. Early Toddler - (19 months - 2 years old) As your child begins to take, or may have already taken, their first steps in two-toned cream pop sickle painted classroom, they are introduced to a whole new world needed for the program and curriculum that is provided in a safe exploring, and wonderful learning environment, allowing your toddler to learn more easily. Early Pre-schoolers - (2 to 3 years old) A two toned bright sunny day yellow is used for this learning environment because the world of wonder and question of what something is is present allowing social cognitive and physical growth therein. Children interact more so as well as group activities cooperation and problem solving is strongly encouraged. Pre-schoolers - (3 to 5 years old) Our kids are ready to go with this two toned painted green classroom through a structured and ready learning environment. We provide a developmentally appropriate program that helps our kids become more prepared for school curriculum. We also have a graduation ceremony to receive their "Pre-School Diploma" before they leave to go to school. Kids Club Our center provides before and/or after-school care for children up to 12 years of age. We also offer extra help with homework and problem areas. Computers Classroom Computers help your child gain better hand-eye coordination, typing, logic and problem solving skills that are developed through the child-appropriate software provided for your child's learning capabilities We practice "Computer Safety"... As a parent, you can feel safe knowing that all of our computers are monitored with up-to-date software and have the security features in order to give your child a positive learning experience, which is why internet is not provided. The non-use of the internet and parent filters allow us to control what content is exposed while your child is learning.
